PHOTOS & VIDEO: Michelle Obama at White House Mother's Day Tea
Friday, May 7, 2010 at 01:44PM
Aminah This afternoon First Lady Michelle Obama, along with the First Grandmother Marian Robinson, welcomed former First Lady Rosalynn Carter, former First Daughter Tricia Nixon Cox, Dwight Eisenhower's granddaughters Anne and Susan, military spouses, White House mentees, and other special women to the White House for a Mother's Day tea.
We here at Michelle Obama Watch would like to wish every woman that has taken into their hearts a special person to mother. Rather you be a mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, or a mother's supportive friend thank you for all that you do not just on Mother's Day, but everyday of the year.

Beautiful affair! Very inclusive family!!
This is what is great about Women who support other women. Mothers and daughters working together and former first families celebrating with the current first family and recognizing the sacrifices of military women who are sometimes unsung heroes. I am glad FLOTUS is making motherhood something to be proud of again and yet being the career woman!
Happy Mothers Day, First Lady Obama
